DUE BY NOON, April 16

      DOCKET TIME REQUESTS   Use this link to request time on the docket.   Include the name of your committee, name of person presenting the report, length of time requested, time of day, key topics, list of action items and any guest speakers.

     DISPLAY TABLE REQUESTS  Use this link to request space on a display table.  Please include the name of your committee and the person to contact

     OTHER PRESBYTERY EVENT/MEETING REQUESTS  Use this link to request space for workshops, small group meetings, special events before a presbytery plenary meeting.  Please include the name of the committee/group, person to contact, time of meeting, estimated number of attendees and room set-up needs.

ALL information in ‘final’ postable form that will be presented at the presbytery meeting.  Send packet material to packet@sfpby.org.   Please check with your staff person if you have questions about formatting your report (or check Archived Reports below to see your last report.) Reports must be submitted in WORD or EXCEL. Report authors must be available by email or phone for editing work.
