First Presbyterian Church Berkeley – Admin Assistant, University and Youth Ministries

First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley is seeking qualified candidates to serve as an Administrative Assistant for the University and Youth Ministries.  This position is 40 hours a week with benefits.  This individual will provide administrative support for University and Youth ministries in partnership with staff, lay leaders, and volunteers.

Responsibilities include: program assistance and event and project support for university ministries, program assistance and event and project support for youth ministries and general clerical responsibilities.

Requirements include: at least two years of administrative/office experience, excellent interpersonal and people skills, and proficient knowledge of MS Office 365, Adobe InDesign, MS Publisher, Google Drive and Docs.

Position reports to Minister for University Engagement.
