First Presbyterian Church Berkeley – Office manager/bookkeeper Christian Counselors

First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley is seeking qualified candidates to serve as an office manager/bookkeeper for Berkeley Christian Counselors. This is a non-exempt position of 20-25 hours per week with benefits. This position will manage the daily business of Berkeley Christian Counselors including finance and administration. This position reports to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities include: maintaining financial records, processing deposits, data analysis, providing clients with superbills and statements, as well as office management and assisting with marketing materials.

Requirements include: at least five years of administrative experience, non-profit experience highly desirable. Strong organizational skills. Competence in: Microsoft Outlok, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat.

Position reports to Executive Director of Berkeley Christian Counselors.
