First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley – Administrative Assistant, Mission Outreach

First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley is seeking qualified candidates to serve as their Administrative Assistant of Mission Outreach. The Assistant will provide support for First Pres Mission Outreach ministries in partnership with Mission staff, partners, and volunteers.

Responsibilities include: Supporting Mission Outreach Department; Providing event management assistance; and assisting Mission partners and Mission trips.

Requirements include: Bachelor’s Degree; Demonstrated administrative and project management experience; working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Drive and Docs, Adobe Acrobat; Publisher.

Position Reports to Mission Outreach Coordinator.
