Presbytery of SF – Recording Clerk for Presbytery Meetings

The Presbytery of San Francisco is seeking qualified candidates to serve as the recording clerk for the Presbytery meetings, which occur up to 5 times annually.

Responsibilities include:

PRESBYTERY MEETING MINUTES–Prepare for each presbytery meeting by studying the detail docket and packet and start work on the minutes.  Take minutes at the meeting, edit to an acceptable format, and send them to the and Stated Clerk for corrections.

Requirements include: Must be proficient in typing and editing. Strong organizational skills and a good listener.  Competence in: Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat.

Position reports to the Stated Clerk.
