Valley Presbyterian Church in Portola Valley is looking to hire an Executive Pastor to provide direction and management of several administrative areas of the Church.
Responsibilities include: Overseeing the following areas: communications, facilities, scheduling, and technology. The Executive Pastor is a key position on the church staff that requires both hands-on and managerial work. The ratio of oversight versus actual execution of the tasks by the Executive Pastor will depend on the skills of the Executive Pastor and the nature of the tasks to be performed and may vary at times over the course of a year.
Core Competencies include: Candidates should possess: strong organization, communication, analytical and management skills; business and office management; experience with Google Suite; experience with database implementation.
