Rev. Hugh Burroughs served in the Presbytery of San Francisco in many forms. As a pastor, he served as an Interim at First Oakland and at Calvary San Francisco; and for a good number of years, as Pastor of Northminster Presbyterian Church in El Cerrito (where the Presbytery office now lives). Hugh also was an Assistant to Howard Rice at SFTF in the late 10970’s and ran many successful elections for General Assembly Moderator and Stated Clerk. Perhaps most notably he was the Host of the CBS (KPIX) television show MOSAIC here in the Bay Area for many years. He became Honorably Retired in 2012.
There will be a memorial service for Hugh Burroughs at the Berkeley Country Club.
